Membership Terms and Conditions

The month-to-month contract is a monthly membership term to be renewed automatically on a month-to-month basis and to be paid in the amount equal to the original month-to-month membership fee which may be adjusted upward from time to time to reflect any price increases as they may occur.
The month-to-month membership agreement may be cancelled at any time after the initial term by giving 30 day written notice prior to next pay schedule.
You have 4 weeks to use your monthly service(s). You can roll over any service for an additional 4 weeks (grace period) after your 3rd membership month. After 8 weeks any unused service(s) will expire. You may continue to redeem your membership services as long as your membership is in effect and is paid current. Upon termination or cancellation of your membership, all unredeemed membership services (with the exception of any services still in the grace period) will expire.
You may freeze (no recurring charges during freeze) your membership for a period of 30 days (minimum) to 60 days (maximum). Memberships may be unfrozen at any time at least 30 days after the start of the freeze or will automatically recommence on the pre-determined freeze end date. At the end of the membership freeze term your dues will continue with your next scheduled recurring membership charge. Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen.
We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours notice and same day cancellations will be charged against your membership benefits at 100% of the scheduled membership service price. If you do not call to cancel before the cancellation period or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full list price for the scheduled service(s).

About Your Membership

Your Dues Based membership entitles you to a one (1) Happy Hour service per month during the term of your membership for only 2000 KES. You are also entitled to discounts on certain products and services during the term of your agreement. Your membership status must be active in order to redeem any membership services including membership pricing on selected services and products. Your membership services and product rates are not transferrable to any other person or entity.

PRE-PAID MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel you membership only in the event that; you permanently relocate your residence more than a 25 mile radius away from WINE ‘N’ RUBS location; or we certifies that you are unable to receive services. All cancellations require 30 days written notice and are effective 30 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled. Upon approval of your written request for membership cancellation during the initial membership term, you will be relieved from making any future membership dues payments. If you die or become disabled such that you are unable to redeem or receive all of your membership scrubs or massages, you and/or your estate will be relieved from making payment for membership services other than those you received prior to your death or disability. All cancellations and refunds under this section are effective upon the date of approval by the originating WINE ‘N’ RUBS, INC location of the proper documentation. All refunds will be for the months of membership remaining after the effective date of cancellation.
