Membership Policy

Our membership program is designed for women who value consistency, practitioner-led care, and intentional wellness. The following outlines what your membership includes, how it works, and what to expect.

Member Benefits

Membership services are available Monday to Sunday, 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, allowing you to prioritise wellness on your schedule.

Monthly Treatments

  • All massage and body treatments are included, excluding sacred feminine therapy
  • Services are practitioner-led and tailored to your ongoing care needs

Service & Product Discounts

  • 20% off your 6th consecutive month
  • 30% off all regularly priced services or optional specialty service upgrades
  • 15% off all regularly priced retail skincare products

Sharing Program

  • Share one membership session per month with a friend or family member
  • Transfer fee: KES 1000 per massage or scrub

All member offers are already discounted and cannot be combined with promotions, coupons, or third-party gift certificates not purchased directly from Wine ’N’ Rubs.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Billing & Renewal

Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically. Fees are charged at the original membership rate and may be adjusted over time to reflect price increases.

Memberships may be cancelled after the initial term by providing 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Use of Monthly Services & Rollovers

You have four (4) weeks to use your monthly services. After your third membership month, unused services may roll over for an additional four (4) week grace period.

After five (5) weeks, any unused services will expire. Upon cancellation or termination, all unredeemed services (except those still within the grace period) will expire.

Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their Gold & Platinum membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days. No recurring charges occur during a freeze.

Memberships automatically resume on the predetermined end date, and the membership expiration date is extended by the length of the freeze.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or same-day cancellations are charged at 100% of the membership service
  • No-shows are charged at full list price

About Your Membership

Your dues-based membership includes one (1) Happy Hour service per month for KES 2,000, along with ongoing discounts on select services and retail products.

Membership status must be active to redeem benefits. Membership pricing and services are non-transferable except where explicitly stated.

Pre-Paid Memberships

Pre-paid memberships may only be cancelled if:

  • You permanently relocate more than 25 miles from a Wine ’N’ Rubs location
  • You are medically unable to receive services (certified)

All cancellations require 14 days written notice and are effective 30 days after receipt. Approved cancellations relieve you of future dues.

In the event of death or permanent disability, payments for unused services will be waived, and applicable refunds issued for remaining months.

Refunds are processed only after documentation approval by the originating Wine ’N’ Rubs location.
