Massage & Wellness Policies — WNR Wellness

Notice to Our Valued Clients

At WNR Wellness, we provide massage and bodywork services in private studio settings, designed for focused, one-on-one therapeutic care rather than a traditional spa environment.

This allows us to deliver highly personalized treatments with intention, professionalism, and discretion. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your wellness journey.

Please note: WNR Wellness currently offers services exclusively for women.

Policy Notification
Thank you for choosing WNR Wellness. To ensure clarity, consistency, and a respectful experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings and services.

Appointments may be rescheduled once only. Required notice depends on booking timing:

  • 24 hours for bookings made more than 2 days in advance
  • 6 hours for bookings made one day prior
  • 3 hours for same-day bookings

Late cancellations or reschedules incur a 75% charge. No-shows are charged at 100% of the scheduled service.

Sessions end at their scheduled time. Late arrivals are charged the full session fee and do not receive time extensions.

First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Returning clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment.

Only professional massage and bodywork services are provided. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or sexual advances will result in immediate session termination.

Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be treated. Full payment is still required if a session is terminated.

Clients are appropriately draped at all times. Only the area being treated is exposed.

Breast and genital areas remain covered and are never massaged, except where explicitly stated for specific treatments.

All services are non-refundable. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are governed by the cancellation and no-show policy.

By booking and receiving services at WNR Wellness, you voluntarily consent to professional massage and bodywork treatments provided for wellness, relaxation, and therapeutic support.

You confirm that you understand the nature of massage therapy, agree to communicate openly with your practitioner, and acknowledge the policies governing your session.

I voluntarily request and consent to receiving massage therapy.

I understand that the massage service offered is for the purpose of general wellness, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension only. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or treatment.

I confirm that I have disclosed all medical conditions, injuries, medications, and health concerns that may affect my session. I understand there may be risks including, but not limited to, temporary soreness, superficial bruising, or aggravation of an undiscovered condition.

I agree to immediately inform my therapist of any discomfort so pressure or techniques may be adjusted. I release WNR Wellness and its practitioners from liability for outcomes resulting from undisclosed information.

I confirm that I do not have any contagious or infectious conditions that may place my therapist or other clients at risk.

I understand that either I or the therapist may terminate the session at any time if continuation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand the policies and procedures of WNR Wellness, and that my consent is informed and voluntary.
